Hi Pierre,

Yes. We can read the temperatures from on-die sensors using the csl library function.

You need to have the PSDKRA 7.3:

Follow instructions from the line: Steps common to PSDKRA 7.0 & PSDKRA 6.02:

Building the vtm example to read temp:

cd psdk_rtos_auto_j7_06_02_00_21/pdk/packages/ti/build
make csl_vtm_pvt_sensor_read

This will generate: psdk_rtos_auto_j7_06_02_00_21/pdk/packages/ti/binary/csl_vtm_pvt_sensor_read/bin/j721e_evm/csl_vtm_pvt_sensor_read_mcu1_0_release.xer5f

One can use CCS to load the xer5f file on mcu1_0. The application reads the temperature of all the 5 sensors & dumps it on mcu_uart.
