AM6421: VPP Power Down Sequence

Hi,

Does it allow that VPP ramps down after VDD_CORE ramps down as the following blue line?

    Hi Kuramochi,

    Just above the screen capture you took, you may see 7.10.2.2 , instance 11 about the VPP supply:

    "VPP is the 1.8V eFuse programming supply, which shall be left floating (HiZ) or grounded during power-up/
    down sequences and during normal device operation. This supply shall only be sourced while programming
    eFuse."

    As detailed above, it should not be powered on during the Power-On or Power-Down sequence. It should only be powered when programming eFuse.
