Hi Kuramochi,
I am having trouble following the xlsx attachment. The numbering is challenging to follow on the second sheet, the Power Down Sequence sheet.
One issue I see is with VPP, which appears to be driven high before the end of both the Power Down and Power Up Sequence. This should remain floating or at Ground during both the Power Up and Power Down sequences

Colin
Hi Collin-san,
Thank you for your support.

I attach it again, could you check it?

I understand.

Hi Kuramochi-san,
I apologize for being unclear. I am able to download and view the attachment. My issue is interpreting the details of the attachment. The circled numbers on the Power Down sheet are not clear. Could you please update the left most column of information to be clearer? The circled numbers
I tried my best to interpret with the most recent attachment you provided. I have two quick observations:
1- In the Power Up Sequence, it looks like the circled 1 and circled 2 waveforms are coming up slightly out of order. I have not seen anyone else attempt this. Are you able to change the timings of those two signals to be more consistent with the Data Manual?
2- VDD_CORE the circled 4 in Power Down Sequence appears too early. Please compare to the Data Manual illustration. That signal should be driven until towards the end of the Power Down Sequence. Is it possible for you to have that driven for a little longer?

Colin
Colin-san,
Thank you for your advice.
I updated the file, could you recheck it?
Power sequnce for AM64xx 202106125.xlsx
If the numbers are not clear yet, could you send me your screenshot?

Hi Kuramochi-san,
I am able to see the new spreadsheet but I do not understand what was changed between the previous version and this one. Both the Power-Down-Sequence and Power-Up-Sequence sheets both appear unchanged.

Colin
Hi Collin-san,
Thank you for your help.
I changed numbering and eliminating VPP.

Hi Collin-san,
The file changed as below.
Could you recheck it?

Kuramochi-san,
So long as this follows the Datasheet recommendation, there should be no problems.
