DM368 H.264 codec question

Hi,

We are looking at using the DM368 for a video application in which we are bandwidth limited.  We are interested in using H.264 encoding for the variable rate aspect and compression power.  Depending on the link bandwidth, we might transmit as fast as 15 fps or as slow as 1-2 fps.  Does your H.264 codec included in the LINUXDVSDKDM36X Linux SDK support encoding at that low a frame rate?  How easy is it to change the frame rate?
