Hi
I am trying to understand and install ADB bridge in AM335x starter kit , but on Linux Kernel and not Android OS
I am using the Yocto build and was successfully able to add recipe "android-tools"
I would now like to know , how do I test
1. if my AM335x can be connected to Windows Host and
2. Windows application can use detect the AM335x device as Android devcie
For the above to happen, I guess the Am335x SK should have ADB client and windows should be ADB server
Hello,
Unfortunately, we have not tested the ADB feature on PSDK Linux and it is mainly used on Android ecosystem.

Thanks for the reply
But even if not tested, can you at-least let me know the steps for PSDK Linux and I can test it at my end.
Hello,
You can try the suggestions mentioned in the following thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/990602/tda4vm-add-adb-function-in-ti-linux-sdk/3689477#3689477. However, please keep in mind that we cannot provide further guidance since we have not enabled the feature in our SDK.

Krunal
