AM5749: ECC unused pins

Hi team,

I’ve got question on AM574x ECC unused pin connection, and I’d like to ask your help.

For ECC, DQS and DQSn pin,

The datasheet state the proper method of handling the unused pins is pullup/down via 1kohm. (section 7.2.2.4.2)

However, from the TRM, it is OPEN. (Figure 16-46)

Which one is correct?

Also, except DQS and DQSn, other ECC pins can be left unconnected, is it correct?

I forgot to mention, but the customer is planning not to implement ECC.

The DQS pin should be pulled low, the DQSn pin should be pulled high - both with 1K-ohm resistors. All other ECC pins can be left open.
