Hi Experts,
A customer would like to do PI ( Power integrity) and SI (Signal integrity) simulation.
Please let us know if we can provide the data for the simulation as follows:
1) for PI: Target Impedance for Power plane. Especially for VDD_CORE and VDDS_DDR.
2) for SI: Internal wiring length.
I am no familiar with the simulation. I might have used wrong expression for their request.
