We are using AM3358 process. The McSPI port is configured as master mode.
We are going to update the SPI clock frequency (CLKD and EXTCLK) from time to time in one PRU module, while SPI data transfer is controlled in another PRU.
The question is as the two PRU codes are not running synchronously, if one word is being transferred on the SPI bus, while clock frequency is being updated, will this cause some problem or reliability issue? or this is not allowed? I don't see there is restriction in the datasheet although this usage is a little wired.
