TMS320VC33: Linux toolchain

Hello forum users.

I am new here and my apologies if I am asking obvious question but unfortunately I could not find any answer so far.

Is there any Linux toolchain for TMS320VC33 as well as C31 and C32 processors?

We've been using Solaris toolchain but it is only for Sparc platform and we would like to move to i86 Linux if possible

I'm sorry to say, but this part doesn't have TI support anymore, as mentioned here: https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320VC33.

Thanks for your prompt response.

Actually I am not looking for the support but just wanted to download the compiler and linker for Linux so I would appreciate someone pointed me to the location I could find them.

Unfortunately, no. At the time the last C30 compiler was released, supported hosts included Windows, Sun Solaris, and a workstation from Hewlett Packard called the HP 9000.

Thanks for clarification.

Is that Solaris compiler for SPARC platform only or there is also a version for i86?

The point here is that we would like to have a backup plan for our SPARC hardware failure. Thus the version for i86 Solaris would probably satisfy us.

If there is no such version, could you please let me know where I will find the C30 compiler for Windows?

SPARC only.
