WINCE ARM A8 01 01 00 DEMO Not Working with TMDSEVM3730

Hi All,

Can i use BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_01_00_OMAP35XX_AMDM37XX_Demo in TMDSEVM3730 Development kit?

I am facing a problem in booting TMDSEVM3730 using the BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_01_00_OMAP35XX_AMDM37XX_Demo downloaded from following link

http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/wince_sdk/latest/index_FDS.html.

The Same Demo Binary i'm able to download in TMDXEVM3730 using SD boot (SW4: 1 , 2, 3 ON and the remaining are OFF). TMDSEVM3730 in debug port it is showing only 60 when trying SD boot. The Same board is working with the linux/android Demo provided with the kit.

If you have an older revision of the board, the supplied WinCE demo images may not work. Please reference the information here and see if it helps you out:

Assuming you have silicon 1.1 and higher (Rev C and higher): Make sure you have connected the serial cable to UART3 and have properly formatted the SD card as mentioned here

Also, I am confused - what is working and what is not?

Thanks Madhvi,

i'm able to boot using SD card now.

I'm able to write eboot and xldr into nand falsh using pserial.exe tool and able to boot completely.

Since my final device doesn't have debug port, So i need to use USB for writing the eboot into nand flash, but i'm not able to write into nand flash using Flash v1.5 in USB boot configuration(SW4 : 2and3 ON all other are OFF). After performing write opertion using Flash tool i'm not able to boot (nand flash is erased) and need to use pserial again.

Plz advice me how to use Falsh tool for TMDSEVM3730.
