Hi All,

I have designed AM3356 based OEM module with 256MB RAM (MT41J128M16JT-125). It is working well.

Now we need to upgrade the RAM  size to  1GB single chip.

Please refer to the below part numbers and confirm the RAMs are pin to pin replacements for the current 256MB part (MT41J128M16JT-125).

ISSI IS43TR16512B-125KBL
Alliance Memory AS4C512M16D3LA

Also please share the Linux driver correction details 256MB model to 1GB  model.
