TDA4VM: Bootmode buffers from EVM

Part Number: TDA4VM

HI,

On TDA4VM EVM there 2 buffer ICs for MCU and SOC bootmodes.

We are working on a custom board and to reduce space we want to remove the dip-switches as well as IO buffers, since our bootmode will be fixed to a specific option.
In this case, can we remove the buffers? Is there any impact of having the pull up/down resistors on these lines if they are used for other purposes after proper boot?

As an example some of this bootmode pins are used for UART or SPI3 CLK.

Thanks,

David
