AM6442: DDR4 Initialization fails

Part Number: AM6442

Hello,

I was following the AM64x MCU+ SDK  07.03.02 getting started guide when I was frontend by the error you can see on the picture below.

It occured on the DDR Initialization step when I was supposed to  run the AM64_DDR_Initialization_EEC_Disabled script.

I followed all the prior steps. Does anybody know why this error occurs and what possibilities are there to solve? Thanks!

  • Hi Jonas,

    Have you followed steps listed in DDR initialization section of user guide?

  • Hi

    Yes, this is where I get the error.

    MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: GEL Output: --->>> DDR4 Initialization is in progress ... <<<---

If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.3.0.00058)
