AM6442: DDR4 Initialization fails

Hello,

I was following the AM64x MCU+ SDK  07.03.02 getting started guide when I was frontend by the error you can see on the picture below.

It occured on the DDR Initialization step when I was supposed to  run the AM64_DDR_Initialization_EEC_Disabled script.

I followed all the prior steps. Does anybody know why this error occurs and what possibilities are there to solve? Thanks!

    Have you followed steps listed in DDR initialization section of user guide?

    Yes, this is where I get the error.

    MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: GEL Output: --->>> DDR4 Initialization is in progress ... <<<---
    MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0xf300020 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: (Error -1065 @ 0x0) Unable to access device memory. Verify that the memory address is in valid memory. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.3.0.00058)
    AM64_DDR_Initialization_ECC_Disabled() cannot be evaluated.
    Target failed to write 0x0F300020
         at *((unsigned int *) (AM64_DDRSS_SS_BASE+0x020))=(unsigned int) 0x000001EF [AM64_DDRSS_Config.gel:34]
