I have a some questions to pin mapping of TMS320DM8148 in the SPRS647–MARCH 2011 datasheet.
Pin numbers L27, L28, M27, M28, N27, N28, P27 and P28 are mapped as RSV6-RSV13 according to Figure 3-4 "Pin Map D" on p.31, but RSV6-13 are not listed in Table 3-48 "Reserved Terminal Functions" on p.141.
What are the correct descriptions of these pins, i.e. should they be left unconnected or connected to power or GND ?
Pin numbers R27 and R28 are mapped as CSI2_DX[4] and CSI2_DY[4] respectively according to Figure 3-8 "Pin Map H" on p.35, but are not listed anywhere else in the datasheet. VDDA_CSI2_1P8 and VSSA_CSI2 are mentioned in Table 6.2 "Recommended Operating Conditions" page 164,
but no pins in the datasheet are related to these names.
Are R27 and R28 leftovers from removal of a CSI2 interface ? Are these pins actually RSV14 and RSV15 pins
which are missing from Table 3-48 as well ? (the pins are physically located together with RSV6-RSV13)
