My customer wants to know what is the difference between TMS320VC5509AGBB and TMS320VC5509AGBBR?
It seems that one of the packages contains lead and the other does not.
If so, Is there any difference between the two packages in terms of soldering? Is it easier to solder for the lead-free package?
