Hi,

We are using custom board based on DRA821.

Downloaded the SDK and compiled linux, uboot using yocto.

For DDR initialization, downloaded sample EMIF is used to create dtsi file. Please share the same for DRA821.

In the u-boot(SPL) from SDK, i was searching for DDR initialization dtsi in u-boot(SPL), those details are missing.

Please point me the reason for not having file by default.

Do we have any tool to do DDR calibration tool for TI boards ?

DDR dtsi for DRA821 aka J7200 in u-boot folder: arch/arm/dts/k3-j7200-ddr-evm-lp4-2666.dtsi

Thank You for the info, i am looking for DDR calibration tool.

With above dtsi file DDR initialization will be done, but how calibration is done before integrating this file into SPL.

Hi Anish,

Training / calibration is performed by the hardware (controller / PHY) automatically during initialization. There is no separate tool or software for training.
