OMAP3503 + TPS65950 evaluation bord and development environment (urgent)

Hi,

I am a very young user of TI product family OMAP3503 with Power management IC TPS65950.

We are actually studying and developing an application board based on OMAP3503 processor and TPS module.

To do this, we have a critical constraint in terms of power consumption.

So, i have some questions if any one could guide me.

1/what is the best and easy development environment (tool reference + licence price...)

2/evaluation board with the possibility of familiarizing with TPS65950 (reference + price)

3/OMAP3503 programming board

    Best board to start with would probably be the OMAP3530 EVM board from TI/Mistral. The OMAP3530 is exactly the same CPU as the OMAP3503 except that it has an internal DSP that 3503 does not have. Using this board, you can get started with either Linux or Windows CE for which TI provides free BSPs. You can choose the OS that offers development tools and environment that you feel the most confortable with.
