E2E support forums search feature shows only stale results

Dear TI team,

since end of last week (Thursday/Friday) the E2E search seems to only return stale results for my searches.

E.g. when I'm searching for AM6442 and sort by "Newest to oldest" I only get results older than Wednesday, but if I look into the Processors forum I can see there are posts from Saturday/Sunday that should match my query.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Dominic -

Thanks for reporting this issue. We were not aware of it.

Typically this happens when the search index is corrupted. We will delete the corrupted index and allow the site to rebuild it, which should resolve the issue in a few hours. I will report back here when the issue is resolved, which should be no later than COB tomorrow.
