Hi,

Can you please confirm if the die for AM3352BZCZA60 the same as AM3352BZCZA80. Checking the package information, both devices have the same package and temperature range.

The two orderables above use the same silicon, but have different test options for the speed grade specified.

Apologies for the late response. Customer have follow up question regarding this, details below.

I have been asked to determine if AM3352BZCZA60 and AM3352BZCZA80 have the same Chip ID. Can you find out if AM3352BZCZA60 and AM3352BZCZA80 have the same Chip ID after the test options have been performed?

The device_id register contents will be the same. However, the efuse_sma register contents will be different.
