Dear TI Members

We encounter some issue when we follow the demo of TIDEP-01013.

The environment we build is as follow:

HW:

Beaglebone Black + IWR6843ISK-ODS + MMWAVEICBOOST

SW:

IWR6843:mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_8_0 ->gesture_recognition\68xx_multi_gesture_and_motion_det->multi_gesture_demo_68xx_ods.bin

BBB:PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM335X 07_03_00_005

Problem:

We can get into the Linux System like this:

But the information from COM port is like:

And mmWave application GUI only have sentence like below. And the radar module is not work(the demo that output the letter "R/U" from serial port is Ok).

Pls help me with this issue, thank you!

    Hello

    Can you please make sure you are able to get the BB board working and try the basic examples of it before trying the mmWave demo.

    Or

    If you wish to understand how mmwave demo based gesture output looks on its uart port - please see the documentation of the demo or file a new thread with it.

    In order to get support on the BB issue you are facing we will move this thread to  TI's Processor forum.
