SIP requirement

We are in search of SIP based on ARM having DRAM capacity of at least 512MB. An available interface are SPI, I2C, UART, SDIO, USB and Ethernet PHY. Is any SIP available ?

Please explain what SIP you are referring to. Is this Software IP protection?

I would suggest taking a look at our new AM64xx devices. This includes all of the listed peripherals in the original post.
