When the system is suspend,the quiescent current of tps65930 will be more than 8mA.

1. How to reduce this value?

2. when the system is suspend, Can I shut down the HFCLKOUT of TPS65930 ? And how to do that ?

The HFCLKOUT clock can be shut down by the TPS by feeding it with suspend / wake up scripts. These scripts tell the TPS what "resource" should be turned off, a resource being a voltage or a clock. The modifications in the patch below should do the trick:
