Hello,

Could you please help us find the answer for the following -

1) Based on the Software architecture from the web link below, could you please confirm whether or not the driver for 802.1AS is available & functional on Ethernet firmware?

802.1AS is currently not functional in Ethernet Firmware (CPSW 9G). Support will be added in SDK 8.2 (April 2022)

Traffic shaping is currently supported on Linux for CPSW 2G using the networking framework provided by default with linux. 1) Does Ethernet firmware has PTP driver functional?

2) Does Linux SDK 8.0 has SGMII support on CPSW 9g?

Ethernet Firmware has a demo capable PTP driver which you can find at pdk/packages/ti/transport/timeSync, but if you want to go to production, you need to port your own PTP stack.

No, and you do not need it with Ethernet Firmware. Ethernet firmware does all the SERDES and SGMII configuration
