I am integrating Profinet into the AMIC110 processor. I am using the Molex Profinet stack, using the ThreadX RTOS and NetX TCP/IP stack. I have the stack functioning with the RTOS and TCP/IP stack where it will respond to DCP requests, and read record records etc... I was just using the TI switch PRU but I am now trying to start using the Profinet specific PRU. As soon as I load the Profinet PRU instead of the other one, my device will not become active on the network. It will not even respond to pings.
The version of the PRU I am using is profinet_irt_PRU0_bin.h and profinet_irt_PRU1_bin.h with file dates of 1/14/2019.
Is there something specific I have to do to get the stack code to function with the PRU?
I am not going to be implementing IRT, is this the correct PRU? or is there a different version somewhere?
