TDA4VM: Example program for MCAL build

Sure thing. I assume you have downloaded the Processor SDK RTOS J721E, but for completeness I have included the link to download here: https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E

If you are just getting started with MCAL, I can give some pointers on where to start. The MCAL for TDA4VM is delivered as part of the SDK in the MCUSW project. It will be one of the top level folders after you install the SDK (called mcusw/). You should go through the User Guide from the beginning to make sure you have all the dependencies as you are getting started. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
