TMDX654IDKEVM: Where are the MCU_OBSCLK0Pin and OBSCLK0Pin located on the board?

Dear TI Support Team,

 

I am currently studying the AM65x clock architecture using Clock Tree Tool (CTT). As far as I understood on the IDK board there should be two pins MCU_OBSCLK0Pin and OBSCLK0Pin, which I can use to check the real clock frequency generated by the different PLLs.

 

 

 

Could you please tell me where exactly these two pin are located on the board?

    From the data manual, you can find which pins these functions are located:

    MCU_OBSCLK0 in located on pin AB2, OBSCLK0 is located on pin C23.

    You can then search the AM65x EVM schematic to find the pin AB2 is connected to R129.  Pin C23 is connected to J19 pin 2
