From where may I download PSP 04.00.00.11?

I currently have PSP 04.00.00.07 and I would like to upgrade to PSP 04.00.00.11 as described here:

menuconfig for PSP 04.00.00.07 does not have an entry for the TI81xx V4L2-Display driver.  Where is the link to get PSP 04.00.00.11?  A search turned-up nothing.  My SDK for the c6a816x evm is 5.00.00.56.  Is there something newer?
