as the figure show, why ccs10.1 open diffrent project the menus is diffrent???

    The menu will vary depending on the type of project.  I suspect that the project on the left has a .tcf file in it.  This file requires the tconf tool and thus the project shows the settings for that tool.  I suspect that it is a very old project.  The one on the right looks like a much newer project as it shows the output as EABI (vs legacy COFF in the other one).  The second newer project recognizes the concept of software products and lets you manage the versions of those with that "Products" tab.
