may we know how to connect the Unused PIN for USB0 ?

making it floating or short to ground? thanks.

    If in fixed host mode:

    VBUS can be left floating, USB_ID can be tied to ground with no resistance.  DRVVBUS should be used to control power to the device.

    If in fixed device mode:

    DRV_VBUS can be left floating, USB_ID can be left floating.  VBUS must be connected.

    If not in fixed host or fixed device mode, all pins must be used.

    wha'ts meaning for "all pins must be used "? if customer does not use for function; 

    should we tie to ground or left floating?

    If you are not using the USB0 interface at all, then all USB0 pins can be left floating.  If you are using USB0, but only need the functionality of some of the pins, connect them as I described in my previous comment.
