TMS320C6657: IBIS AMI model running error with 32bit windows error message

Part Number: TMS320C6657

While trying to run a channel simulation with the provided IBIS AMI model in Keysight ADS, I get an error,

Error detected by hpeesofsim in Rx_AMI3 during netlist flattening. IBIS AMI model 'draco_rx1' in IBIS file 'C...dsp ami/Keystone_PCIe_SGMII_SerDes_AMI_Model_v1p9_r1p2/rx_ibis_ami/draco_40nm_rx.ibs' does not support the 64-bit Windows platform. Please contact model builder for further help.

I installed the required matlab runtime 7.1, and added it to the path variable. But i already had a matlab 8 runtime installed, required by another software, it might interfere with it.

Others claimed in another topic that they successfully run this ibis ami model.

How?

Everyone uses 64bit windows, 32bit windows became obsolete 10 years ago.

How do you run a 32bit ibis ami model on 64bit windows?

How do you make sure the models points to the matlab 7.1 and not the 8?
