Part Number: AM3352

The 1.5V power supplied by tps65217c to am3352 is momentarily
pulled down by 100mV during power on DDR configuration and
recovered after 20us. The 1.5V power supplied by tps65217c to
am3352 also supplies power to DDR3 chip mt41k256m16ha. This
phenomenon of voltage being pulled down occurs occasionally on
individual boards, not all boards.

    Hi,

    Is your system stable during the event when the voltage rail pulls low?

    How long has your system been in production?

    What is the total number of boards with this behavior compared to the total number of boards overall?

    Have you conducted any A-B-A swaps with the AM335x parts with a board that does not exhibit this behavior?
