1, What is the I2C driver state in pdk_j7200_07_03_00_29. Does it support DAR821U I2C FIFO Polling and Interrupt Mode feature ? And can TI give us an example illustrating how to use I2C driver with FIFO Interrupt mode. what the application developer shall do if used I2C driver with FIFO Interrupt mode.
2, Our customer requires R5F core of DRA821 MCU domain as a powertrain controller , the communication cycle with PMIC watchdog is critical （maybe dozens of milliseconds). If I2C blocking mode used ,every data frame send or received with PMIC watchdog will cost hundreds of microseconds, the blocking time is too long for powertrain controller software function, since maximum I2C speed is 400KHz in DRA821. We HAVE TO use I2C callback mode with FIFO interrupt mode speeding up the communication with PMIC watchdog. So our question is does the PDK PMIC driver support the our application scenario , Does any demo can provide to us. Maybe our local FAE <yong-zhang@ti.com> can support the information deliver.
