The CE image in WinCE SDK does not boot AM37xxEVM

Hi, I downloaded the WinCE SDK, and installed on the laptop. I programmed a SD card with MLO, ebootsd.nb0, xldruart.nb0, and nk.bin, but the CE booting always stops at the similar location when I tried to boot the AM37x EVM using the provided images in C:\TI\BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_01_00_patch_01\Demo_images\OMAP35XX_AMDM37XX\EBOOT_XLDR. Please let me know how I can fix it.
