debug version build fail

I have a custom board very similar to OMAP. I can build the release version but when I try building the debug version, I got the following error: Could not find file 'C:\WINCE600\PLATFORM\Apeiron\OSDesigns\Apeiron\RelDir\Apeiron_Debug\flashfx.dll' on disk Any idea how/where I can add this dll? thanks
