TMS320F28075: devops resources and recommendations

Greetings,

I have a customer about to take over an application based on an TM320 F28x DSP. They would like to setup some devops for the project (automated build, analysis, etc.). They assume the simplest approach is to set up a VM with CCS and go from there. Does TI maintain any tools available to customers for devops or have recommendations?

Thanks for reaching out on the E2E. This device is quite old(last DS update in 1998), this got forwarded to the C2000 MCU team(likely because of the C203 name), but this device does not belong to us that I am aware of. I'm going to re-assign this to a different organization, but it may take a bit of trial and error to get the right folks on this thread. Appreciate the patience here.

I would like to note that this is for the TM320 F28x DSP (not the TMS320C203).

The question is more general to devops for DSP and the workflow.

Thanks for the clarification, I've changed the subject line. Do we know a generic PN for the C2000 MCU? Like TMS320F28075 or TMS320F280049 for example? For all the newer device the tool chain will be the same, but having the part number will help here.

In terms of automation, I think what the customer is looking for is here http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/training/workshop/ccsv9/dss_fundamentals_workshop.html the dss scripting gives a programmable interface for the functions inside of the CCS IDE.
