Hello Champs We are using AM1808 for our current design. The package we selected is ZWT. The dimension for ZWT package are as below Ball Pitch - 0.8mm Ball size - 0.45mm Min and 0.55mm max. If i select ball size of 0.55mm then i get only 0.25mm (10 mil) for trace routing and clearance. Which is very small and not sufficient for pcb design. If i select ball size of 0.45mm then i get only 0.35mm (14 mil) for trace routing and clearance. Which is also small. My question is what ball size TI is recommending for designing pcb for am1808?
