How to use XDS560TRACE for 64x+ DSP?

Hi, I have BH-USB-560BP JTAG emulator. How do I configure CCS to capture Trace data and provide the following info : 1) statistical profiling 2) pipeline stalls info 3) thread-based profiling Regards, Justin
