TDA4VM: Flash memory availability in J721E soc

Is the internal flash memory is available in J721E Soc or an external driver memory? If it was the external flash memory what will be the interface needed?

Hi,

There is no on-chip flash, you can connect OSPI and Hyperflash memory via the dedicated interfaces. Please refer to the TDA4 EVM user guide for more details on the OSPI Flash memory used, you can look at that as a reference.

To see information on the controllers, refer to the TRM.
