Hi,

We are getting questions from our customers.

They are examining whether a certain QSPI Flash Memory can be used.

It is about the command that ROM Code sends to QSPI when booting from QSPI.

1. Does ROM Code send the commands in the order Enable Reset (66h)-Reset (99h) when it first accesses QSPI?

2. Does the ROM Code leave an interval of 60us or more between the transmission of Reset (99h) and the next command?

I could not find the answers to the above question in the section 5.2.6.7 QSPI you provided.
Could you please indicate specifically where the above question has been answered?
If there are no answers in the TRM, can you please provide other documents that we should check?

Hi Kanae, the ROM code does not send any reset commands to the QSPI.
