Hi team,
We received some inquiries as follows.
Regarding I2C access, customer plans to use TMS320C6748 as slave (7bit Addressing Format) and they would like to transfer multiple bytes( up to 256 bytes) via I2C.
1-1. In the case of Master Write access (256 bytes), does C6748 support the following write format?
1-2. In the case of Master Read access (256 bytes), does C6748 support the following read-format?
1-3. if C6748 does not support above multiple Read/Write format, customer would like to know another way. As far as I checked it in TRM, they can use Repeat Start condition. However, I’m not sure C6748 supports multiple access (256 bytes). Can we have your advice/comments on this, please? Also, if there is helpful documents, could you share them, please?
