TDA4VM: TDA4VM Boot Flow

Hi,

as far as I understand, TDA4 is based also on K3 architecture, so does this mean the boot flow described here:

apply also for TDA4 devices? with the exception that TDA4 has A72 cores instead A53 cores on AM65x of course. Are there any other differences?

Hi Leo,

Yes, TDA4 is also based on K3 architecture. The fundamental boot flow concepts is very similiar, but the actual flow is slightly different.

The TDA4VM has a similar README (may be missing in older releases), but you can use below

The Introduction section on TI SCI also has good information on the split for central system management software which is different between AM65x and TDA4VM
