How to compile LAD

Hello,

I have added codecs to the codec server provided in dvsdk 3.01.00.10 and I have a different memory map than the original. I need to use LAD because I have two processes that need to share the same instance of codec server. So I have changed the file "user0_linkcfg_evm3530.c", therefore, as suggested in http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/f/354/p/65404/236591.aspx#236591 , I need to re-compile LAD.

I haven't seen any Makefile for this. And recompiling the whole dvsdk does not rebuild LAD binary.

Could you, please, tell me how to compile LAD?
