Hello, where can I find the drawing for the NBGA (ZCN) 491 package of the AM3505? My CM needs it for assembly.

I really need a quick answer. Thanks!

Hello Teodor,

the mechanical drawings are at the end of the data sheet. We recently updated the data sheet and for some reason the drawings didn't get appended to the document, so I have informed the team that handles this and it should be added within the next day or two. For now, here is the mechanical drawing for the ZCN (attached PDF).

you are welcome. I changed the .pdf. the previous one did not have our "important Notice" at the end, but the mechanical drawing is exactly the same.
