RTC Drift Issues

We are seeing a large amount of drift in the RTC of the OMAP-L138 (4s over 24hrs). The crystal I am using is an Ecliptek E5WSDC07-32.768K I have used on many other designs. The drift seems to change with the value of the load caps, but it is worse with the calculated values. The RTC power supply is set to 1.26V and it is clean (max spec is 1.32V). The RTC registers are all default with no software compensation.

 Nothing in the datasheet, errata or RTC peripheral guide jumps out at me. Is there a possible flaw in the onboard oscillator design?
