TRM "6.10.5.2.9.1 LDC Buffer Managements" is mentioning LDC utilities which can calcuate PXLPAD/OBW/OBH. Where can I get?

Hi Wilson,

This is part of the DCC Tool, Please install DCC tool and you could use LDC plugin in it to calculate these parameters.

Where is DCC tool? I can't find it in ti.com and cdds.
