TMS320C5517: How to shut down LDO outputs (DSP_LDO0 and ANA_LDO0)

Hello,

According  toTMS320C5517 technical reference manual (SPRUH16B) "Table 1-59. LDO Controls Matrix" page 125:

Setting BG_PD bit or LDO_PB bit in RTCPMGT register (1930h) should enable to shut down on_chip LDO. (in my case CLK_SEL=1)

I have programmed  the RTCPMGT register with 0x0016.

Unfortunately the voltage ANA_LDO0 and DSP_LDO0 doesn't change ( and then stay at 1.3 V).

What have I not understood or misunderstood?
