AM3358: 5.10.59 Kernel hang during boot on Beaglebone

Part Number: AM3358
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65217, AM3354

Booting the linux kernel 5.10.59-g04b02a7e8e on a Beaglebone Rev C2 hangs for a long time trying to deal with what looks to be the tps65217. The same image on Beaglebone Black does not have this issue. How do I work around this?

Kernel was built form the meta-ti dunfell branch with no changes to the device trees.
