AM6442: RGMII1 IOSET Sysconfig

Hi,

I used a older sysconfig tool to mux the AM6442. It seems the new sys config tool says my muxing choice has "Resource conflicts" saying my RGMII muxing is "not valid for RGMII1_IOSET2". See attached picture for the config I am doing, keep in mind this is the only thing muxed on the config tool in this screenshot. Only one instance of RGMII.

What I don't understand is the data sheet says this muxing matches IOSET2 in table 7-33. 

Wondering is this is a bug in the sys config tool?
