OMAP-L138: OMAP-L138 Internal Memory

Hi,

I have recently started using OMAP-L138 LCDK. Previously, I was using DSKC6416T Fixed point DSP that has internal memory of 1MB, but switched towards OMAP L138 because it is floating point. 

My query is related to internal memory size of DSP chip. OMAP-L138 has internal memory of 256KB that is not sufficient for my code size. 

I have tried to use external memory of OMAP L138 LCDK, but that subsequently increases my code execution cycles. 

I want to ask, is there any version of OMAP/C6748 related DSPs that are floating point as well as large internal memory?
