TMS320C6748: Inquiry about the recommended DDR2 device-List

Hi team,

Customer is developing their system with TMS320C6748EZWT4, and DDR2 is also implemented with this DSP. This DDR2 is NT5TU64M16HG-AC( https://www.nanya.com/en/Product/3779/NT5TU64M16HG-AC# ), however, it will become EOL device in 2026. Therefore, customer is asking DDR2 device-list which TI recommends. Can I have your expert's advice/comments on this, please?

    We do not have any device list recommendations.  It is up to the customer to check the datasheet requirements and ensure the DDR complies with our datasheet and is JEDEC compliant.
